In-home instruction is BIY’s specialty! Our personalized house calls bring the thrill, skill and flavor of the café into your kitchen, and our repair, cleaning and maintenance expertise keeps your home setup in working order.

We can teach you the art of:

• perfect espresso extraction.
• drink recipes and ratios.
• milk steaming and microfoam.
• latte art.

Not an espresso person? No problem! We also offer lessons in other home-brewing methods, such as French press, drip coffee and Chemex. Our team can even help you find the perfect beans to fit your tastes, as well as suggest the best equipment to complete your home café.
